1. General information

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by Openform s.c. through https://openform.pl.

The person whose data is processed has the following rights:
  • The right to request access to his/her data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
  • The right to object to processing,
  • The right to data portability,
  • The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the User has previously given such consent,
  • The right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority in connection with the processing of personal data.

The person whose data is being processed may exercise his/her rights under Articles 16-21 of the RODO by contacting the Administrator at 3/8 Blich Street, Krakow. The supervisory authority in the field of personal data protection is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
